  • Where are you located?

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

     

    -Refunds/Exchanges
    Refunds are available for any non-custom item which has not shipped. 
    Sales are final and non-refundable once item is shipped. 
    An item may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, and/or store credit equal to the amount of purchase price for returned item less shipping fees, if returned within 5 business days and in original condition. 
    Shipping costs for an exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer. 
    Please contact us prior to returning the item.

    -Damaged Items
    If an item is damaged while shipping, buyer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to start a claim. Buyer must keep original packaging and take photographs of damage to packaging as well as the item. These steps are necessary to prove damage in transit and help to protect the buyer against claim denial. Once the claim is processed and buyer is found not to be at fault, the item will be exchanged for a new one at no cost to buyer.

     

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

     

    Not at this time, sorry.

     

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

     

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on a multitude of factors. All shipments will be accompanied by a tracking number that will provide you with up to date status of your shipment.

     

  • Do you accept custom orders?

     

    All custom orders are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss your custom order!

     

  • What's your shipping policy?

     

    All orders are shipped via UPS. We can ship via USPS upon request (this option may result in an increased shipping cost). We may choose to handle local deliveries personally (this is also available upon request).

Orders will be processed within the specified time shown on the listing unless otherwise notified. If for any reason an order may not be processed within the specified time period on the listing, we will contact the buyer to notify of the delay. 

 

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

     

    Kiko Living Goods checkout process uses Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, KLG has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Stripe. All checkout transactions are processed through Stripe's secure servers.   • Shipping Policy

Basic shipping is offered for every product free of charge to the customer. Basic shipping is Fedex Ground or USPS Parcel Post.

Express shipping is offered for a fee and is shipped via Fedex Express, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail. USPS shipping is not available for all products.

Standard processing time for an order is 1-3 business days. If for any reason an order does not/will not ship within this time, the buyer will be notified of the delay via email. 

 

  • Privacy Policy

Kiko Living Goods will not share any information we  aquire from you through your interactions on this site with any entity. We appreciate your business and your right to privacy!

 

What information do we collect?

We collect billing, shipping and contact information, including email address and phone number. This allows us to process your order.

This information is transmitted securely, and cannot be viewed or recorded by others. Your credit card details are only shared with our bank; this is for authorization purposes.

 

How do we collect information?

Information is collected through cookies and details you provide when placing an order. Cookies provide information on how you arrived at the KLG website, and allow us to further enhance your experience with us online. While browsing the KLG website, cookies identify you and keep track of your shopping cart. Please note: Cookies, by design, do not contain any sensitive information, such as credit card details. They are stored locally on your computer, and are only read by Kiko Living Goods.

 

How do we use the information we collect on you?

KLG uses information provided by you to process and ship your orders. Additionally we use contact information you provide for correspondence with you. It will sometimes be necessary for KLG to contact you regarding your order or the shipment of your order. Occasionally, KLG may send you a notification of a promotion or sale. KLG also may contact you to conduct a brief survey of your experience with us.
